Three Oaks Construction was founded in 2021 by Kevin Mackay and Jon Childs. Having a combined 16 years in the drywall industry and 20+ years in construction, they have acquired and managed over $20 million worth of drywall, acoustical ceilings and rough carpentry contracts annually.  Kevin and Jon set out to build a company that would take their vision for a company along with their prior experience and deliver it to a new customer base. Integral to their plans is to be devoted to working with a group of customers with the goal of building personable relationships and long-term partnerships.  Their knowledge of processes, customer service, and quality are second to none, allowing them to deliver what is most important to their partners.
